Job description

KAGEDEV Cameroun is relaunching the BETA scholarship program for the current academic year: a study scholarship for Cameroonian candidates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Germany. What the scholarship covers - Amount: €500 per month - Levels covered: Bachelor's and Master's Application window Applications are open exclusively from September 15 to February 14. Outside this period, no application is received or reviewed. Free application Applying to the scholarship is free: 0 FCFA, no fee at any stage of the application itself. KAGEDEV has not mandated any agent or intermediary for this scholarship. Key eligibility condition An active KAGEDEV access card is required to apply. The access card is not free: it costs 15,000 FCFA and takes 48h to obtain — a separate cost from the scholarship application, which remains free. Required profile

Profile sought, assessed against 3 weighted criteria: - Academic excellence — 40% - Social engagement — 30% - Personal mini-project, presented at interview — 30% Decision process - The file is reviewed by KAGEDEV's programme manager in Cameroon. - The final decision rests with the board of directors in Germany: it is final and cannot be appealed. - Results are published on the KAGEDEV Cameroun website and posted on the noticeboard of the Douala office. - Every candidate is individually notified by email.
