Recruitment and placement in Germany through vocational training โ Campus Allemagne Program (healthcare staff prioritized)
Reference : CA-REC-030
Campus AllemagneThis is not a simple training listing: it is a recruitment and placement project for staff moving to Germany, built around a training/qualification pathway supervised by Campus Allemagne, the mobility program of Kamerunische Gemeinschaft in Deutschland e.V. โ Cameroun.
Who this project is for
It is aimed at job seekers who want a legal, supervised path to work and train in Germany. Healthcare staff (care assistants, nurses, home aides) are a priority population for this project, but the program also covers other sectors offered by Campus Allemagne: electrical, metallurgy, mechanics, construction, IT, hospitality, and logistics.
The pathway, step by step
1. Free level test and orientation
2. German classes up to B1 level, required for most pathways
3. File preparation and verification (diplomas, ID documents, equivalences)
4. Matching with an employer or training center in Germany and signing a Vorabstimmung contract (preliminary agreement, no payment required from you)
5. Visa procedures with the German consulate
6. Arrival and settling in Germany

About Campus Allemagne's support (transparent disclosure)
Beyond the application on this portal, Campus Allemagne offers personalized, in-depth support (structured language courses, file preparation, matching) through paid packages, starting at 100,000 FCFA, payable via Mobile Money. The exact details of each package are provided on request directly by Campus Allemagne before any commitment. As with any international mobility, unavoidable official costs (embassy, translations, plane ticket) also apply and are not collected by either organization.
We do not guarantee a visa, a specific salary, or automatic employment: we support the process, but the final decision rests with the German consular authorities and partner employers.
